Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 100g ) | Water ( 160 Grams ) |

How to make bean paste puffs

1.Put butter, water, sugar and salt together, let the butter melt and mix well.

3. Let the mixed noodles cool until it reaches about 40℃, then add the eggs.

6. Preheat the oven and bake at 180℃ for 10 to 15 minutes, until the puffs puff up , lower the oven to 160℃ and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

7. After the puffs have cooled, open a hole on the side and add bean paste.
