Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 100g ) | Butter ( 80g ) |

How to make cream puffs

1. Add 80 grams of butter to 200 ml of water and put it in a milk pot.

2. Bring to a boil.

3.Add sifted low-gluten flour and mix evenly.

5. Stir evenly and put it into a piping bag.

Tips
1.The amount of water and butter must be just right, with the right softness and hardness.I couldn’t find the lid of the pot today.I burned it with the pot open, and the water was a bit low, so it was a bit difficult to squeeze it out with a piping bag.2.The eggs must be added in batches and stir evenly each time.3.Whipping cream is a technical task.I accidentally whipped it today and it felt a bit like bean dregs.
