How to make small cakes

1. Prepare the materials

2.Put the eggs into the egg basin, Then pour in the sugar

3.Use a whisk to stir evenly until you pick up the whisk. It is enough if the egg liquid does not drop quickly.(The egg beater I bought hasn’t arrived yet, so I use the egg beater and the chopsticks to beat them together.)

4.Mix the whole egg liquid, then use a sieve to sift in baking powder and low-gluten flour

5.Use a scraper to stir evenly.Remember not to stir in circles

6.After stirring evenly, pour in the corn oil and continue stirring

7.Pick up the scraper as you do now, and you can see a thin film.

8. Then pour it into the paper holder, like this! Then sprinkle the chopped red dates on top of the egg liquid, (I forgot to take a photo, just sprinkle it on whatever you want) Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, about 180℃

9. Then put it in the oven and bake it at 180℃ for 15 minutes (each oven is different, according to its own design temperature) until it is about 80% cooked, brush a layer of egg yolk liquid on it On the surface.
Tips
