Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Eggs ( 3 ) | Milk ( 20g ) |
White sugar ( 30g ) | Corn oil ( 20 grams ) | Low-gluten flour ( 40g ) | Lemon juice ( a few drops ) |

1.Prepare materials.

2. Separation of egg white and yolk.

3.Add milk, corn oil and sugar to egg yolks and stir evenly.

4.Sift the low-gluten flour.

5. Stir evenly.

6. Add white sugar to egg whites and beat until fish-eye shape.

7.Make it into a fish eye shape and add a few drops of lemon juice.

8. Beat until peaks form.

9. Add part of the egg white to the egg yolk and stir.

10.Pour the stirred egg paste into the egg whites and stir.

11. Pour into the mold and shake for air bubbles.

12. Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 140 degrees for 40 minutes.

13.After baking, turn the mold upside down and let it cool.

14. Released from the mold.
