Ingredients
All-purpose flour ( 75g ) | Butter ( 10g ) |
White sugar ( 3g ) | Salt ( 0.5g ) |

How to re-make homemade egg tart crust

1.Mix all the ingredients except the butter

2. Knead into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 30 minutes

3.Cut the butter into thin slices, put it into oil paper and use a rolling pin to press it into a thin and even rectangular slice and put it in the refrigerator to freeze

4. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, place the piece of butter in the middle and fold it in half to cover

7.Repeat the previous step , a total of 3 folds.After each fold, the dough needs to be chilled in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Tips
Butter melts easily in summer and leaks easily after wrapping.It is easier to roll the butter into thin slices and wrap it in oil paper.Remember to freeze the butter slices
