Low-gluten flour ( 200g ) | Corn starch ( 200g span> ) |
Butter ( 190g ) | White sugar ( 100g ) |
Egg yolk ( 4 ) | Salt ( 2g ) |
How to make Margaret cookies

1.Weigh the ingredients, soften the butter and add sugar and salt

2. Use a whisk to beat the butter until it is fluffy and white (in cold weather, it is better to heat the water in a basin)

3.Crush the egg yolks with a spoon and sift, stir evenly

4.Sift the mixed low-gluten flour and cornstarch into the container

6.Divide into small doses of eight or nine grams

8. The oven is heated to 175 degrees, preheated to 155 degrees for 5 minutes, and the middle layer is baked for 12 minutes
