How to make button cookies

1. Soften the butter, add powdered sugar and salt, stir evenly with a spoon or silicone spatula, and then beat with an electric egg beater

2.Add the egg yolk in 2 times to fully combine. Each time, wait until the butter and eggs are completely combined before adding the next time

3.Slowly sift in the flour and baking powder in batches, stir evenly with a knife to mix them

4. Knead it into a smooth ball with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes (the dough will be a little hard after freezing)

5.Put the dough on the mat and roll it into a round piece (my skills still need to work hard)

6.Use a decorating tip or something of the original shape to press down and carve into circles

7.Use a smaller piping nozzle to press a shallower circle in the middle of the circle (don’t use too much force to avoid breaking the circle)

8. Carefully move the carved circles to the baking sheet and place them at a distance. Then use a toothpick to poke 4 symmetrical holes in the inner circle

9.Preheat the oven, The upper and lower tubes are 160 degrees, put the biscuits in and bake for about 12 minutes until the surface turns yellow and then come out of the oven (I use the Changdi brand oven)
