Ingredients
Eggs ( 4 ) | Seasonal fruits ( Appropriate amount , I used mango ) |
Low-gluten flour ( 50g ) | Milk ( 25ml ) |
Honey ( 20g ) | Whipping cream ( 100g ) |
Unsalted butter ( 10g ) | Marshmallow ( 60g ) |
How to make cream fruit cake rolls

1.The ingredients are all ready and the egg whites are separated

2. Put honey and 10g marshmallow in hot water (100 degrees) and stir well

3.Pour into the egg yolk and mix well

4. Beat the egg whites and add 40g marshmallow in three batches

5.Just whip until it is slightly bent at a right angle

6.Add half of the beaten egg whites to the egg yolks and mix well

7. Low-gluten flour Sieve and add in

8.Add the other half of the beaten egg whites to the batter

9.Stir the butter and milk over water (100 degrees), then pour in the cake batter and mix evenly p>

10. Line a baking pan with oiled paper, pour the cake batter into the baking pan, and tap it a few times p>

11.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, and bake for 10 minutes until the surface is golden brown p>

Tips
The cream should wait until the cake is cool before applying it, otherwise the cream will melt easily
