Whipped cream ( 100ml ) | Pure milk ( 100ml ) |
White sugar ( 2 spoons ) | Corn starch ( 2 spoons ) |
How to make milk-flavored egg tarts

1. Prepare pure milk, whipping cream, and egg tart crust to defrost in advance.

2. Beat 3 egg yolks and set aside.

3.Weigh the light cream and pure milk well

4. Heat and bubble the milk over water and turn off the heat.

5.Add two spoons of sugar and stir evenly.Children like sweetness and don’t like sugar.You can add a little more than a spoonful.

6.Add two spoons of flour and mix well.
