1. Add the flour and yeast powder, mix well, mix with 50 degree water and let the dough rise for 3 hours to make the dough fatter.

4. Pour cold water into the pot, turn to low heat, then turn to high heat and steam for fifteen minutes.

5. Use chopsticks to add red dots (food red) after serving.
