How to make green onion meatloaf

1.Put flour and a little baking powder into the basin and mix well.Add water to form a dough.

2. Cover the live dough with plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes to rise.

3. Wash and chop the green onions, put the meat filling into a bowl, add the green onions, Stir soy sauce, salt and sesame oil until evenly mixed and set aside.

Tips
I prefer to add some baking powder, so that the dough will be soft and easy to digest after it rises.The edges of the two cakes put together must be pressed well, otherwise they will crack during the baking process.
