How to make scallion pancakes

1.Put the flour into a clean basin, add appropriate amount of water, and knead the dough

2.Spread a little dry flour on the cutting board, put the kneaded dough on it, and cut it into three equal parts

3.Take a rolling pin and roll it out, use a kitchen knife to cut two knives in the middle of both sides of the dough, as shown in the picture
