| Salt ( 1tsp ) | Black pepper ( 1tsp ) |
Potatoes (cut into small pieces) ( 1 ) |
How to make baked bacon, potato and egg pancakes

1.Peel the potatoes and sauté them in a pan with butter.

2.When the potatoes turn golden brown, add the beaten eggs and add salt and pepper.

3.When the bottom of the egg pancake is slightly burnt, sprinkle with bacon cut into small pieces.

4.When the surface is bubbling, put the pan and pancakes into the oven (I forgot the temperature setting╮(╯_╰)╭)

5.When the surface of the pancake is set and the edges are lightly browned, you can take it out of the oven.

6. Take the cake out of the pan and it’s done (≧▽≦)
