How to make Thousand Layer Cake

1.Mix flour, water and salt evenly, knead into dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.

2. Then roll it into a thin skin, brush it with a layer of oil, fold it, plate it again, and use Flatten with hands and roll into cakes.(My hands were too oily at the time, so I didn’t take photos of the folded noodles)

Tips
When rolling out dough, apply some oil on the chopping board, hands, and rolling pin.
You can pour a little more oil in the pot to avoid burning it.
