How to make scallion pancakes

1. Let the dough rise.Pour an appropriate amount of flour into a basin, add Angel yeast to 1/2 of the flour in warm boiling water, and dissolve it.While pouring in the flour, use chopsticks to stir clockwise until it becomes cotton-like.Mix evenly with your hands and cover with a lid for an hour.Let rise until doubled in size.

3. Apply oil with a brush and sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt.

4.Sprinkle with chopped green onion.

5. Start rolling up from one side and grow into a strip.

6.Stand up and roll into a roll.
