Yuqian Goose Egg Cornmeal Pancakes Recipe

1.First pick the elm coins, Wash well

2. Cut the carrot into thin strips (or use a fork to cut into thin strips) , chop green onion and ginger, and prepare cornmeal

3.Find a larger pot.Pour the elms, carrots and eggs (either goose eggs or eggs, I used two goose eggs and one egg) into a basin, add all the seasonings and mix well.

4. Then add corn flour, slowly add it, and stir while adding corn flour ( Corn flour tastes much better than white flour. It is soft and low in calories. It serves multiple purposes!), when the corn flour and shredded carrots are both mushy, add cooked black sesame seeds and mix well.Even a little more cornflour won’t hurt.

5. Heat the pan or non-stick pan and then reduce the heat to low (must be low (otherwise it will be easy to burn), sprinkle a little base oil, and use your favorite mold to shape it.You can also directly scoop out a small spoon and spread it out in the pan. After spreading it out, sprinkle a little sesame seeds and wait until one side is set. Then flip it over and fry until both sides are golden brown. If you like it softer, you don’t need to fry it for so long.

6.After the pancakes are cooked, they can be placed on the plate. They are especially delicious fresh out of the pan., you will be addicted after one bite!
