Water chestnut pork belly How to make small patties

1.Basic ingredients :

2.First, wash, peel and chop the water chestnuts

3.Put chopped water chestnuts and leeks into the pork belly filling

4.Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, allspice powder, oyster sauce and sesame oil and stir evenly
