How to make yeast black sesame salted cakes

1. Flour, sugar, baking soda, yeast powder , heat water with pure milk to about 40 degrees and ferment the dough.After it is fermented, put it on the board and knead it well.

2. Roll into a large piece.

3.First add salt and spread evenly for a few times, then add oil and coat evenly.

4. Sprinkle flour on top of the oil and roll it up.

5.Cut the noodles into sections.

6. Then seal both sides and press it into a round cake, and brush a layer of water on the cake.Hang black sesame seeds.

7.Put the pancakes in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
Tips
You can also brush egg wash before hanging sesame seeds.
