Milk ( appropriate amount ) | Sesame (a small bowl) |
How to make purple sweet potato and sesame cakes

1.Wash and slice the purple sweet potato into slices and put it in a steamer, steam until cooked.

2.Put the steamed purple sweet potato into a small basin and crush it while hot

3.Crush the purple sweet potato, add sugar and stir evenly.Add flour and continue stirring until even.

4.Put milk into the stirred purple sweet potato until evenly mixed

5.After stirring evenly, squeeze out the purple sweet potato dough into purple sweet potato balls of the same size.

6. Take a container and sprinkle sesame seeds on the bottom, put all the kneaded purple potato balls into it, and start rotating the container so that every purple potato ball gets sesame seeds
