How to make onion and pork pie
1.Prepare ingredients

2. Mix the flour with warm water to form a dough , cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes

3. Chop the pork into puree and chop the onion into pieces.

4.Put the chopped pork and onions into a small amount of cooking oil, add salt, oyster sauce and soy sauce and stir Evenly.

5. Divide the risen dough into two halves

6.Take one piece and roll it into a rectangle, making it as thin as possible.

7. Spread the prepared filling on the surface, leaving 1/3 or 1/4, as shown in the picture

8. First fold the side without filling.
