How to make sesame cakes with bean paste filling
1. I won’t go into details about the fermentation of the dough here. It’s the same as the bun noodles. This is to make a bean paste bun, round it and flatten it slightly.Dip both sides with sesame seeds and put the closed side down.Wake up for a while.

2. Flatten the dough and slowly roll it out with a rolling pin until it is three to four millimeters thick.Add a little oil to the pan, heat the oil over low heat, add the pancakes, and slowly fry until golden.

3.Turn over and continue to fry until golden brown, but remember to use chopsticks to pop the air bubbles and flatten them before frying, otherwise only the middle will be fried

4. When both sides are golden, the pancakes will be ready with outstanding aroma and soft texture.
Tips
The dough should not be too soft, as it will be very sticky when rolled out.If it is too soft, roll it in sesame seeds immediately after wrapping the filling, and then sprinkle a small amount of dry powder and roll it out
