How to make scallion pancake

1.Take an appropriate amount of flour and add a little salt.
Pour warm water around 60℃ into it slowly while stirring with chopsticks.
2. Stir until it is no longer sticky, roll into a round shape and leave it for an hour.

3. Use a rolling pin to roll it out thinly and grease it with oil.

4. Add appropriate amount of chopped green onion, salt, pepper powder and chili powder.

5. Roll up both sides and gently stretch it.
