How to make lotus leaf cake

1.Steam the pumpkin into puree, add flour and yeast to ferment

2. Fermentation Knead the good dough, knead it hard to release the air, and knead it into a smooth dough, divide it into evenly sized balls

3.Take a dough and roll it into a piece, the shape is as shown, not too thin

4.Apply a layer of cooking oil evenly

5.Fold the dough piece in half

6. Use a scraper to press out the seal, as shown in the picture, and then use a fork to make lines along the seal

7.Pinch with thumb and index finger to create a petiole
