2.Adding a small amount of baking soda can make the bottom of the baked pancake crispier, but do not add too much, because the taste of baking soda is relatively strong, and adding too much will affect the taste of cornmeal.
3.When kneading the dough, you can dissolve the yeast powder in warm water for better results.
4.The water for kneading the noodles does not need to be too hot, just feel a little warm when you touch it with your hands.
