Purple sweet potato (pumpkin) ( five or six pieces ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 200g ) |

1. Steam and peel purple sweet potatoes.

4. Mix flour and glutinous rice flour 1:2.

6. Make the same size dough and wrap the dough with bean paste filling.Flatten into a ball.

Tips
The ratio of glutinous rice flour and flour should be adjusted properly.Otherwise, there will be too much glutinous rice flour and it will be too soft and difficult to shape.Too much flour and the texture is not that soft and waxy.
