How to make pancakes

1. Prepare flour and yeast! saccharin! Use hot water to dissolve the saccharin! Just put the yeast directly into the flour, which is convenient! When the saccharin is dissolved, add a little cold water! Slowly stir into the flour! Knead the flour into a smooth dough.

2. Ferment until twice the size of the flour.

3.Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board! Knead until smooth.

4. Divide into small portions and roll into smooth dough! When the oil is hot, fry it in the pan.(It’s OK if the oil smokes a little.If it’s too hot, it’s easy to fry)

5. Fried Just take it out of the pot.
Tips
If you don’t have saccharin, you can use white sugar instead, if you like a darker color! You can also add a little brown sugar! But it must all turn into water! You can also add some lard or vegetable oil to it, but it must be hot oil! It’s crispier when fried this way! I prefer it softer so I don’t add it.
