Eggs ( 2 ) | Flour ( 20 grams ) |
White sugar ( 5 grams ) | Red bean paste ( appropriate amount ) |
Condensed milk ( a little ) | Milk ( a little ) |
How to make egg and bean paste cake

1.Crack the eggs into a basin, add sugar and stir evenly.

2. Add flour and stir until smooth and grain-free.

3.Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat it up.

4. Pour in the batter, spread it out, and fry over medium-low heat until cooked.

5. Fry until the surface is solidified.

6. Place the fried cake on the chopping board with the back side facing up.

7. Add a little milk to the bean paste and mix thoroughly.

8. Spread the bean paste evenly on the cake, roll it up and cut into pieces.(I forgot to take the rolled photo)

Tips
If the bean paste is not too dry, you don’t need to add milk
