How to make hot noodles with scallion pancakes

1. Flour (I just used more than 500g, about this much)

3. Then add cold water and knead it into a dough with your hands (if you add too much water like me, add some flour), let it rest for at least half an hour

7.Appropriate amount of green onions (there are too many green onions at the bottom in the picture)

Tips
Small heat in the electric baking pan (not easy to burn), add less oil (healthy), pay more attention and stir frequently
If you don’t have a brush, you can use the back of a spoon like me.
There is no need to cover the pan during the baking process, and the pancakes should be quickly covered with a plate after baking (this will make the pancakes softer)
