How to make shrimp paste and lotus root cake

1. Prepare thin shells and remove the meat from the shrimp.

2.Thinly shelled prawn meat and peeled lotus root for later use, as shown in the picture.

3. Chop the shrimp into shrimp paste.As shown in the picture.

4. Chop the green onion and ginger into mince, and put them into the shrimp paste.As shown in the picture.

5.Add a little soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt.As shown in the picture.

6. Stir evenly in one direction, as shown in the picture.

7. Add two spoons of cornstarch.(Here are two spoons used by my son to eat) As shown in the picture.

9. Cut the lotus root into slices diagonally and set aside.As shown in the picture.

11. Heat oil in a pot.

Tips
In fact, it would be better to add an egg white, but our family ran out of eggs and forgot to buy them.
