How to make sweet potato cakes

1.Wash the sweet potatoes, put them in a pot and cook them in boiling water until they are cooked.

2.Peel and crush the sweet potatoes into puree with a spoon.

3. Add white sugar and appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour to sweet potato puree and mix well.

4. Knead the mixed sweet potato puree into small cakes of appropriate size.

Tips
1.Add the glutinous rice flour in appropriate portions according to the moisture content of the sweet potatoes, because some sweet potatoes have more moisture and some have less moisture.
2.White sugar can be added according to your own taste.
3.After kneading into small cakes, you can stick some sesame seeds on them to make them more fragrant after frying.
