Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 300g ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 50g ) |
Chengfen ( 50g ) | Powdered sugar ( 20g ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make Zhixiang Pumpkin Cake

1.Preparation Good ingredients.

2. Wash and cut the pumpkin into thin slices.

3.Place in a steamer and steam until cooked (about fifteen minutes)

4. Use a shovel to mash the steamed pumpkin into puree.

5.Add glutinous rice flour and orange powder, sugar and mix well.
