How to make dough-rising sugar cakes

1.Add flour (milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, yeast, salad oil) and mix with warm water to form a dough.

2.Cover the lid and let it proof for 1.5 hours

3.After proofing, roll it into a large piece, grease it with oil and roll it into even dough

4. Roll it into a slightly thinner piece and wrap it (sugar + sesame mixed with a little flour)

5.After wrapping, let it rise for more than 40 minutes

6.Put it into the pan and bake it until cooked

7.Finished product
Tips
The proofing time of the dough must be enough to allow the yeast to fully ferment, so that the finished product of the dough (or steamed or baked) will not have a yeasty smell.
