How to make potato pancakes

1. Wash the potatoes and cook them in a pressure cooker until soft.

2.Take it out and peel off the skin.

3.Use disposable gloves to grasp evenly and make a paste.

4. Mix the salt, black pepper, salt and pepper, and cumin powder together, and finally add Cornstarch mix well.

5. Prepare a non-stick pan, put a small amount of oil in the pan, and wear disposables on your hands Use gloves to shape the mashed potatoes into small round cakes, and fry each small round cake in the pan.

Tips
