Eggs ( 2 ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 1 ) |
Broccoli ( 1 ) | Carrot ( 1 piece ) |
Cucumber ( 1 piece ) | Flour ( a little ) |
Chives ( 1 tree ) | Salt ( 1/3 teaspoon ) |
Pepper ( 1/4 teaspoon ) |
How to make egg pancake
1. Prepare eggs and accompanying vegetables.Wash the broccoli and mushrooms and add them to a pot of boiling water.
2.Grate carrots and cucumbers into very thin shreds, broccoli Cut the shiitake mushrooms into fine pieces.Crack the eggs into a bowl.
3. Pour in all the vegetables and add a little salt and pepper.
4.After stirring evenly, add a little flour.Stir into egg batter without lumps, and finally sprinkle in minced chives and mix well.
