How to make potato shredded cakes

1.Prepare the ingredients, cut the potatoes into shreds, add salt and peppercorns and marinate for a while.

2. Add water to flour to make a paste.

3. Add oil to the pot and add shredded potatoes after the oil is hot.

Tips
