How to make tofu and egg pancakes

1.Use a knife for tofu Chop into pieces.

2. Chop the green onion into mince, crack and beat the eggs.

3. Mix tofu, eggs, green onions, flour and water to form a batter, add appropriate amount Salt to taste.

4. Heat the oil pan, pour the batter, and fry slowly over low heat.

5. Fry until both sides are golden brown and then turn off the heat.

Tips
1.If you don’t like the grainy tofu, you can use a food processor to puree it.
2.The pancakes fried with more oil will be crisper, and the pancakes fried with less oil will be softer.
