Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Peeled potatoes ( 3 ) | Egg ( One ) |
Four ( A small bowl ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
MSG( One spoonful ) | Oil ( Two tablespoons ) |
Cooked White sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) | Water ( about half a cup ) |
How to make potato egg pancakes

1.Prepare materials for later use

2. Cut the potatoes into shreds and then chop them into small cubes and soak them in water to avoid oxidation and color change

3.Pour flour and eggs into the same basin as shown in the picture

4.Add water and stir into a paste

5.Process the potatoes again, drain the water, add two tablespoons of oil, MSG and salt to taste, mix well and set aside

6.Set the electric cake to medium-low heat, pour all the batter in, and use a spatula to push it into round slices

7. Immediately pour the potatoes on top of the dough and push them evenly with a spatula as shown in the picture

8.Change to low heat, cover and simmer for two minutes

9.It’s cooked, I I like the skin to be crispy, so open the lid and keep it like this for 2 minutes as shown in the picture

10.Installation Spread white cooked sesame seeds on the plate
