How to make carrot and egg pancakes

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.

2. Cut the carrots into small dices (cut into slightly smaller pieces).

3.Put the diced carrots into the egg liquid, add salt and pepper and stir Evenly.

4. Add half a spoonful of flour to the stirred carrot and egg liquid, (add slowly, Stir evenly while adding).

Tips
The carrot-egg liquid should not be too dry or too thin.When flipping, be sure to wait until the whole cake can shake before flipping, otherwise it will break easily.If there is a lot of carrot-egg liquid, you can fry it several times, adding a little oil each time.That’s it, it must be on low heat otherwise it will get burnt easily.
