Powdered sugar ( 110g ) | Baking powder ( 2 small teaspoons ) |
Egg yolk ( 3 pieces ) | Salt ( Half a teaspoon ) |
How to make crispy lamb shortbread

1. Add baking powder to the flour and sift, prepare 1 egg yolk for spreading on biscuits

2.Sift powdered sugar into sheep ghee

3. Beat well (no need to beat, just beat well)

4.It is recommended to use a soft knife to fully scrape in the powdered sugar on the side while beating

5.Add egg yolk and salt and beat well (I used sea salt)

6. Add the baking powder and sift the flour again, and sift directly into the sheep ghee
