Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Eggs ( 3 ) | Four ( 110g span> ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Onions (appropriate amount) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
1. Prepare all the ingredients as shown, 3 eggs, flour, chopped green onions, salt and oil, and of course a pan

2. Beat the eggs with salt

3.Add flour to the egg liquid and stir evenly
