How to make milky purple potato cake (simple version)

1.Peel and slice purple sweet potatoes, steam them in a pot.(My life is simple and I don’t have a steamer, so I cook it in water)

2.After steaming, stir until it becomes thick.

3. Add glutinous rice flour, milk, and powdered sugar in sequence, and stir evenly.

4. Grab an appropriate amount of purple potato paste, roll it into a ball, and then Press into cake shape.

Tips
