How to make cheese sandwich cookies

1.After mixing the main ingredients, knead it into a dough and ferment it at room temperature until it doubles in size

2. Fermentation is good Divide the dough into four equal parts

3. Knead the dough and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 15 minutes
