How to make chive egg pancakes

1.Materials are ready

2.Crack the eggs into a large bowl and add a little Salt

3.Add green onions

4.Add flour

5.Add an appropriate amount of water, little by little, don’t add too much at once to prevent it from being too thin! Stir until there are no lumps in the flour

6.Add a small amount of oil to the pan

7.Mix the oil evenly

Tips
Always use low heat for pancakes! The flour should be stirred until it is particle-free!
If you want the egg pancake to be tender, fry it for a shorter period of time, and if you want it to be crispy and fragrant, fry it for a longer time!
It doesn’t have to be shaped like a fan like I did, it can be rolled up or cut into sections! Personal preference!
If you don’t like salty food, you can replace the salt with sugar!
Leeks can also be replaced with green onions or other vegetables! Do as you like!
