How to make sesame cakes

1. After the butter has softened, add the powdered sugar and mix well.Add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.

2. Add light cream and mix well, sift in low-gluten flour and mix well.

3. Knead into a ball, divide into three or four parts, and shape into 1.5 cm slender columns.shape, wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for one hour

Tips
You can use either white sesame or black sesame.If the long cylindrical shape is sticky to your hands, you can apply a small amount of hand powder.
