How to make sweet potato egg pancakes

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of oil and salt, and stir evenly with a manual egg beater.

2. Stir the egg liquid.

3.Add flour and stir into batter.

4. Stir the batter.

5.Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into small pieces (as small as possible), then pour in the batter and mix evenly.

Tips
Fry over medium heat, but be sure to shake the pan all the time and remember to turn off the heat when turning.
