3. Stir evenly with a manual egg beater, no need to beat.

4. Add the egg whites in three batches and mix evenly with a manual egg beater., each time the egg white is added, it must be added after the previously added egg white and butter are completely blended.

5.After adding the egg white and stirring evenly.

6.Add the sifted low-gluten flour.

7. Continue to mix evenly with a hand whisk, but do not over mix.

8.Use a silicone spatula to put the mixed batter into a medium piping bag , cut a knife at the pointed end of the piping bag, and cut a slightly larger hole to squeeze the batter (don't cut the hole too small, otherwise it will be difficult to squeeze the batter).

9.Put out a round shape of batter on a baking sheet lined with tin foil., leave a slightly larger space between each batter (the batter will spread out during baking).

10. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds using the method of scattering flowers.

Tips
1.Because during the baking process, the batter will slowly spread out, so if the spacing between the batters is slightly larger, the batter will become thin sheets. If the spacing is small, they will stick together, so don’t worry too much about the extruded dough.shape.
2.This snack does not require high flour. It can be made with either low-gluten flour or all-purpose flour.
3.According to personal preference, sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the squeezed batter.Of course, you don’t have to sprinkle it, and you can sprinkle it with anything you like.
4.Since there is no need to squeeze out the colors, if you don’t have a piping bag, you can use a fresh-keeping bag instead of a piping bag.Put the batter into a plastic bag and cut a hole of suitable size in the corner of the plastic bag so that the batter can be squeezed out.
5.Because the biscuits occupy a relatively large area, you may need two trays to bake them. You can bake one plate first, and leave the remaining batter at room temperature (if it's midsummer, it's recommended to put it in the refrigerator, but not for too long, as the batter will be hard to squeeze), and then use another plate after it comes out of the oven.
6.Don’t worry too much about the baking time.As long as you see a golden circle around the edge of the shortbread, it’s OK.The biscuits should have a very crispy texture after cooling.
7.Friends who like sweets can add a little more powdered sugar (don’t be greedy and add too much).I don’t like it to be too sweet for personal reasons.
8.It is best to use powdered sugar (powdered sugar is available in supermarkets) instead of white sugar.
9.This biscuit does not require whipping butter. All operations can be completed in a basin. There are no complicated processes.Novices do not need to worry about success. It is definitely a snack that will boost your confidence.
