How to make homemade fried rice
1. Cut all ingredients into cubes and set aside

2.Turn on high heat and when the pot is hot, pour in the oil and then add the minced garlic and scallions and saute until fragrant

Tips
You can stir-fry whatever vegetables you have at home.
Since there is no other meat at home, I added some braised pork and chopped it (the taste is surprisingly good)
The sweet and sour must be mixed and put into the pot, because this will enhance the freshness
Remember the order of adding oil, onion, garlic - vegetables - sweet and sour salt - egg liquid - meat - rice - Light soy sauce - black pepper
