How to make barbecued pork fried rice

1.Prepare the materials

2. Put the oil in the wok and heat it.Cut the small peppers into pieces and stir-fry for a few times

3. Then pour in the rice and stir Fry evenly

4.Add soy sauce, a little salt and fry for 2 minutes

6.Finally add the chopped green onion and stir-fry for a few times before serving.

Tips
If you don’t like spicy food, you don’t need to add the chili pepper.The heat should not be too high, otherwise it will burn and become unpalatable.Medium heat is suitable.You can refer to my recipe for how to make barbecued pork.
