Ingredients
Soybean sprouts (a small handful) | Cucumber ( half ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) | Ginger slices ( 2 slices ) |
Garlic slices ( 2 slices ) |
How to make soybean sprouts and cucumber fried rice

1. Soak bean sprouts in water to remove beard.

2. Soak the cucumbers together, pick up and drain.

3.Cut the cucumber into small dices and cut the soybean sprouts into short sections.Two slices each of ginger and garlic.A bowl of leftover rice.

4.Cut some chopped green onion.

5.Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot and sauté the ginger and garlic slices until fragrant.Fish it out and discard it.

6. Add cucumber cubes and stir well.

7. Add the chopped soybean sprouts.

8.Finally add rice, stir well, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.
