Ingredients
Pineapple ( Half ) | Leftover rice ( 1 bowl ) |
Cucumber, carrot ( Half of each ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 pcs span> ) |
Green pepper ( Half ) | Sausage ( 2 pieces ) |
Oil, sesame oil (appropriate amount) | |
Light soy sauce , cooking wine (one spoon each) | sugar, salt (one spoon each ) |
Minced onion and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for pineapple fried rice

1.Wash the pineapple, remove the head and cut it open.Use a knife to score the inside of half the pineapple around it.Shape it into a rectangular shape, then cut it into tic-tac-toe shapes and take out the pineapple flesh.Cut the pineapple meat into small pieces and soak in salt water for later use.

2. Cut all vegetables into cubes and dice the sausage and set aside.Fry the eggs and set aside.

3.In a pan, add minced onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant, add carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry, add light soy sauce , cooking wine.

4. Add cucumber, green pepper, sausage, sugar and salt.Stir-fry.

5. Add rice, stir-fry.

6.Add pineapple and scrambled eggs.Finally pour sesame oil and stir-fry evenly.

7. Fried rice.

8. Serve in pineapple.

9. Enjoy the beautiful, delicious and nutritious pineapple fried rice.
Tips
It is best to cut the pineapple into two large and small parts, and use the larger part as a container.Be careful not to cut your hands.
The rice is better if it is slightly harder.
Vegetables are optional according to preference.
